Nurseries Supplying Traditional Varieties of Apples and Pears

Traditional varieties of Apples and Pears are obtainable from specialist nurseries. As demand is, unfortunately, low you may need to have particular varieties grafted to order (and accept the time delay that this means).  We have prepared an updated list of suppliers of varieties of apples and pears (including cider apples and perry pears) traditional to the Welsh Marches and some beyond. Other fruits are not ignored either.

Please remember that printed catalogues cost nursery owners quite a lot of money – please check first if there is a charge for a catalogue or, at the very least, offer to send a SAE. Nowadays printed catalogues are rarer than they used to be. However, up-to-date variety lists are often available on-line.

MAN tries to keep Addresses; Telephone and FAX numbers; web and email addresses as up to date as possible. If you find any more Nurseries or Grafting/Budding services, or any discrepancies please inform us secretary@marcherapple.net

Note that MAN accepts no responsibility for errors, exceptions or omissions in this list and is not necessarily recommending any of these suppliers.
