Every year MAN members receive a free newsletter. Each newsletter is a mine of information and covers many aspects of MAN's work. The following list of contents from the 2002 newsletter is typical.

Mike Porter reflects on the orchard year and visits to interesting sites in Wales and his attempts to trace old varieties, including the Birdstow (sic) Wasp and Sweeney Nonpareil. His researches also took him to the Royal Horticultural Society's Lindley Library in London. Here he was able to confirm that an apple from Glasbury was indeed a Sugarloaf Pippin.
