A new page for orcharding Leaflets has been introduced - so all the Information Centre web pages have changed to include the new link list. Two new pages have been introduced for the new CD - Vintage Fruit and the corresponding Notes & Errata. As a result there is a new Publications page and lots more shuffling of link lists. The Photograph Gallery has an addition for Whitecross School.

Technology - added picture sizes in IMG statements, and the latest Weave logo for Weave 1.62 (which is in RISC OS 5 style) with the updated link details.
Committee Members page is new and replaces the previous "3heros" page. (This is a technical thing about naming conventions). The Photograph Gallery, Site Map and HTML Validation pages now link to the new Committee Members page.
In the Events Diary old events have been removed.
Rejigged the text at the end of the Membership page on Twig's advice. (Thanks Twig).

Started preparing for a makeover on the site with some (mainly) technical revisions...

• Link Menus at the top of pages no longer show the current page as a link, just the page name.
• Added Company Number and Charity Number on all pages.
• Revised the Site Map and gave it some structure. Changed Ray Boddington from Chairman to Vice President.

Lots of changes as the The Herefordshire Pomona CD is ready for release. Books, the order forms and the "test" pages - Pomona Plate 2 (part) and Winter Pomeroy have been updated to the new status. Also the Events diary has had a few changes as has Courses.

The Events diary has had a thorough check and revision. Courses now has some more Shropshire courses and advance notice of Glasu courses in Powys. The Publications and Pomona order forms have had minor updates. The Library list has been updated and there are new photographs in the Photograph Gallery so the Site Map has been updated as well.

The Events diary has old events removed and Spring/ early Summer events listed as well as some early dates for the Autumn. Courses has another RHS course mentioned. Two new pages added for the Pomona Project.

Minor clarifications to Newsletters, Newsletter 2004 and Membership. Also the previous history note has been clarified.

All pages have been updated to overcome a validation problem which has crept in. The summary of Newsletter 2004 has been added (and some places which referred to the latest Newsletter - which was the link Newsletter 2003 - now have the correct link to Newsletter 2004) and there are new pictures in the Photograph Gallery (which has had a spelling mistake fixed) - from the MAN Open Day, 2004 on December 12^th at the Herefordshire Cider Museum. The list of Orchards has been updated with a link to National Plant Collections holding fruit varieties whilst Unity Gardens has been removed. The Events diary has Spring/ early Summer events listed as well as some early dates for the Autumn.

2004 has finally started with yet another hefty makeover of the website. Nothing should have been lost whilst ongoing maintenance may now be easier. For the technically minded Weave version 1.4 is now used to maintain the website. Visible changes are a number of new pages - the Website History has been split and old changes are now in Old History 03. The summary of Newsletter 2003 has been added (and some references to Newsletter 2002 are now to Newsletter 2003) and there are new pictures in the photo gallery - from the Apple Planting in 1998, Cider Blossom in an orchard near Glasbury-on-Wye and the donation of the Bulmer's Pomona to MAN at the 2003 AGM. Two new Nurseries selling traditional varieties have been added (this is the most popular page on the website). Links has been updated with new links to local nature trusts and a number of websites which seem to have disappeared are marked. The Library list has had a thorough update and the Events diary has Spring/ early Summer events listed as well as some early dates for the Autumn.

For ease of use the old history of changes to the MAN website will be split off periodically. Older changes are listed under Old History 03.
