How is the CD used? - The CD does not autorun! Open a directory viewer (such as Windows Explorer on a PC) on the CD. Then double-click on the file index.htm (which may show as index depending on your viewer settings).

If you have a problem with a "blank CD" please check the Microsoft guide How to Troubleshoot CD-ROM Read Issues which is very comprehensive. (This Knowledge Base article has links to similar guides for various versions of Windows). Please check out this troubleshooting guide before reporting a "problem" CD.

Is it possible to see all of a plate on a screen without having to scroll vertically? - There are two possible answers to this. One is to use a browser which allows a scaled view of the web page. (Internet Explorer version 7 can do this). The other solution is to change the screen resolution to give a larger display area. With both solutions the plates will be displayed at a reduced size - the plates display at full size on a monitor displaying at 96 dots per inch.

Is there a desktop icon for The Vintage Fruit CD? - There is a desktop icon on the CD which can be found in the folder content/pics and is called vfruit.ico
